ClickDown Tools

Terms of Service

Last updated: August 29, 2026

These terms govern your use of ClickDown Tools, a product of 3rd Brain operated at clickdowntools.com. By creating a workspace or using the service, you agree to them.

The service

ClickDown Tools is a software layer that agencies run on top of their own ClickUp workspace to add CRM, client portals, published documentation, and exports to Google Sheets. It connects to third-party services such as ClickUp and Google at your direction and on your behalf.

Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully and only with data and accounts you are authorized to access. Don’t attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other users’ data, and don’t use it to store or distribute unlawful content. Your use of ClickUp and Google through ClickDown Tools also remains subject to their respective terms.

Your data stays yours

You retain ownership of your data — your ClickUp content, your CRM records, and the Google Sheets this app creates in your Google account. We access it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We don’t sell it or claim ownership of it.

Availability and “as is”

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it running reliably, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and features may change over time. Parts of the service depend on third-party APIs (such as ClickUp and Google) that are outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, 3rd Brain is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of the service. In plain terms: we’ll do our best, but you use ClickDown Tools at your own risk, and keep your own backups of anything important.

Termination

You can stop using the service at any time and disconnect your connected accounts from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if we need to protect the service or other users. On termination, you can disconnect Google and ClickUp; the spreadsheets we created remain in your Google Drive.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
